Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the delivery timeframe is dependent on your location and the chosen shipping method.

2. Policy on Returns and Refunds

Satisfaction Ensure — 30-Day Period
True Biz Assist wishes for you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and if applicable, still in original packaging.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified are generally ineligible for a standard return unless verified as defective.

Return Procedure

  • We will provide an RA number along with detailed return instructions.
  • Carefully package the item and ship it to the provided address.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If your printer or accessory is faulty or arrives in damaged condition, inform us promptly—ideally within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the item at no extra charge, including return shipping, once verified.

Refund Procedure & Schedule
